LucasApp is distributed through the Apple App Store for Apple mobile devices.
Unless a custom EULA is separately shown in App Store Connect, LucasApp uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
LucasApp Terms and Conditions supplement the EULA for account creation, service use, AI processing, subscriptions, privacy and product rules.
Apple Standard EULA
For App Store distribution, LucasApp uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect presents a different custom EULA for the app.

LucasApp service terms
The LucasApp Terms and Conditions at /terms/ apply to the LucasApp account, backend service, AI parsing, subscription entitlement, privacy commitments, support, deletion and user responsibilities.
If there is a conflict between Apple-controlled billing or App Store rules and LucasApp service terms, Apple-controlled rules govern the App Store transaction while LucasApp service terms govern use of the LucasApp account and service where permitted by law.
Subscriptions
Premium may be offered as monthly or annual Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple handles purchase, renewal, cancellation, tax, refund and billing history. LucasApp verifies entitlement state and enables Premium features when Apple reports an active supported product.
