LucasApp supports in-app account deletion for users who create an account.
Deleting your account removes your active LucasApp account and associated finance data from the active service.
Apple subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple; deleting a LucasApp account does not automatically cancel App Store billing.
Primary deletion method
Open the LucasApp mobile app, sign in, go to Profile > General, choose Delete account and complete the confirmation flow.
For security, LucasApp may require recent re-authentication before account deletion. The in-app flow is the fastest and preferred way to delete your account.
What is deleted
The active LucasApp user account and associated user-owned finance data are deleted from the active backend service. This includes accounts, movements, transfers, loans, subscriptions, investment data, settings, passkeys, two-factor state and sessions where applicable.
After deletion, the same email may be used to create a new LucasApp account, but deleted data is not restored into the new account.
What may remain
Some records may remain in backups, security logs, billing records, Apple transaction history, legal acceptance records, provider systems or aggregated metrics for a limited period or as required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, security or compliance purposes.
Recoverable trash inside an active account is different from account deletion. Account deletion is intended to remove the whole user account from the active service.
Subscriptions
If you have an Apple auto-renewable subscription, cancel it from iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions before or after deleting the LucasApp account. Apple controls recurring billing, cancellation and refunds.
Deleting your LucasApp account does not by itself cancel billing through Apple.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your LucasApp account and include 'Account deletion request' in the subject. Additional verification may be required before support can act.
