Premium billing is handled through Apple. LucasApp verifies entitlement state, but subscription cancellation and refunds are managed from your Apple account.

Include the email attached to your LucasApp account, the device model, iOS version, app version if visible, and a short description of what happened.
What support can help with
Account access, email verification, password reset, passkeys, two-factor authentication, AI parsing issues, missing or incorrect app data, Premium entitlement status, app crashes, security reports, privacy questions and account deletion questions.
For billing problems, include whether the purchase was monthly or annual and whether Apple shows it as active, expired, cancelled, refunded or pending.
Apple subscriptions
LucasApp Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple in-app purchases. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds and App Store account billing history.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription from iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. LucasApp access remains Premium until Apple reports the entitlement has expired, been refunded or been revoked.
Security and privacy
LucasApp support will never ask for your password, full 2FA code, passkey approval, full card number or Apple account password.
If you believe your account is compromised, change your password, review passkeys and two-factor authentication, then contact support.
Deletion and data requests
If you can access the app, use the in-app deletion flow first. It is the primary and fastest way to delete your account.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email associated with your LucasApp account and describe the request. Additional verification may be required before action is taken.
